Tis is Kaylia's first chinese new year... she still knows nothing abt CNY... hopefully next year she will be enjoying her CNY wif taking her angbaos and said gong xi gong xi to everybody....

Chu Xi, we had our reunion dinner at Yishun 800+... we reserve a table for 10... their package is not expensive, at $298 for 10... then the menu oso quite ok... got lobster combination cold dish and sharkfin soup... so its quite worth it actually... we had our dinner wif my mum n dad, guohao, my grandma n aunt, and my uncle, wife n ah ni... had a nice dinner then...

Chu yi, we brought her to daddy's boss place... his bosses wives likes babies alot... n help me to carry her... they oso tell me some tips abt baby... like her head quite flat at one side n etc... we found out a special tradition at their house is... they gather together to wrap the dumplings... then cook already... everybody sit down n eat dumplings.... the dumplings is quite nice actually.... at one point, i let kaylia sleep at his boss's son bed... then we told his youngest son... i tink ard 4 yrs old.... we told him if she cry can u inform us? he say ok... then we were outside having dumplings... then his son walk out n looking for us... n told me very softly... "she's crying".... haha... he so scared like tat.. tink he scared is he make her cry one... keke... he looks so cute... after his boss's house, we went to my grandma's house at woodlands... then after tat, we went home for a rest... n at night, we have card games at our house...

Chu Er, morning we wake up to tidy the house... then afternoon, we went to my mum's place n we were so tired n restless there.... resting and watching tv... we were so lethagic to go anywhere... then at night we went to fren's house for card games...

Chu San, we went to yong's relatives' place to pai nian... it was a long n tiring day... cos we travel to 3 places... all located at east side... we went out until abt 3+... then went back for a rest.... having a baby n bringing a baby out to pai nian is really a chores... cos got to bring her milk n many things... somemore i need to pump... so really a lot of things to bring out...

Tis year, never bring kaylia to lots of places to pai nian... so didnt collect alot of angbaos for her.... but me n yong decided to keep all her angbaos money in her bank and show her next time...

Tis year, kaylia had collected $400+ angbaos... actually its quite little.. cos i used to remember when i was young, i can collect angbaos up to $600-700... so it's quite little for baby kaylia....

The most beautiful angbaos packet are these threes... The mickey one is from my dad, minnie is from shangjuan and winnie the pooh is from yiping...

Kaylia's Passport Photo

Planning to apply for passport for kaylia... been thinking how to take pictures of her for passport... was told tat can let ppl take... but i scared i dun like... so i tried to take on my own.... at least i can choose the one i like.... initially i was at my mum's place, so i ask her to help me hold kaylia to sit on the sofa so tat i can take photos of her... we tried a few times but kaylia's head was swaying here n there... n she's so irritated by me... then my mum keep saying me.... let her lie down n take lah.... how can i expect a 2 mths old baby to sit... haha... so no choice, i let her lie down n take.... tis is one of the best i chosen for her passport photo... hope i did not make the wrong choice...

Everybody thot my baby is a boy... maybe becos of her bald head... Does kaylia looks more like a gal gal now? i hope she does......

Sleepless nights

Recently kaylia had been a naughty gal... every nite, she doesnt wan to sleep and eyes were wide opened... tis started a week ago... initially she started to sleep only at abt 4am... thereafter, she can dun sleep all the way till 7am... Adeline has been a great mother trying to get used to her sudden change of sleeping behaviour. She has managed to stay up every single night to carry her so as to let me and Kaylia have a comfortable sleep so as to carry out our different activties during the day. Some of our "seniors"did mention that this will be a temporay transistion, no matter whether it is true or not we will endure it together until things goes right. Whatever the case, we knew we have tried our best and most credit have to go to Adeline.
