Recently kaylia had been very naughty... she doesnt wan to drink milk... we had a hard time feeding her.... she will still drink after we struggle hard wif her.... but tat was very tedious... cos last weekend, i spend one hour plus feeding her one feed.. it was really tiring... i think she's getting sick of my breastmilk... cos i been feeding her wif breastmilk completely for a month plus... before tis, i still feed her once formula every 2 days... but for tis one month plus... she's drinking breastmilk completely... and she started to get sick of it... we brought her to see her PD while she had her injection... we asked the PD will she have any problem? Doctor says tat kaylia looks very active... dun tink she's not feeling well... n she explained to us tat sometimes at some level, baby will be like tat for a while... after tat, she will be ok.. i just hope she will grow up healthy and fine...
Yesterday, i have a terrible engorgement!!! my both breast were blocked and it was terribly painful... the pain was killing me and i was having a slight fever... my mum was aware of my engorgement frequently... n she asked me to stop breastfeeding since its so painful... but i really hope to endure... until at least 6 months... i really wish to breastfeed her until 1 yr old... but i really dunno i will be able to make it or not... cos having to work and breastfeeding is really not easy... especially in the midst of the night, i have to wake up and pump... n worse of all, i cant sleep at all n still got to work in the morning... when kaylia dun drink milk and my breast becomes like tat, i really wonder is it a signal for me to stop?? but i hope to endure awhile more... i dun wish to give up so easily.... at least today i am feeling better already... hopefully tis wont happen too often.... n today having blocked the whole day n yesterday, my milk supply dropped!! hopefully tomorrow my milk supply will be back to normal... ~prayed~
